What a great article. Big Ben always had a way of expressing his thoughts well.

I wonder if the game would have been more successful today with a greater percentage of the players with high speed connections. :?

The more I think about it, the fact that EA always stopped cheating was a great success. Too many of the games with "free" online racing are muddied with rapant cheating or trainers within a couple of months of release. Kind of makes me never want to race online ...

In every other MMOG, one could just keep in mind that if they stuck with it long enough, they'd be able to get ahead. in MCO, if you sucked, you sucked.
